There are also printable coupons on the site.

It is for the USA, but works when you put your full Canadian address in the CIty line. Just choose a State that close resembles your province.. ie) I am in Ontario, so choose OHIO and the zip I use is 00000.

There is a newsletter that will come to your email address when you sign up for this. So use an email of choice.

Well I'm not too sure about this... US freebies usually don't ship to Canada. Guess they have a very strict mailing process...
