This is my first time posting here, and i haven't seen anyone put this up yet, i found it by chance while browsing through google

i am using the product now

you have to select Yes for the first question: otherwise it will stop there

after you are finished the questionnaire, if there is no participating stores near
you, e-mail them with your voucher number (which comes in you confirmation e-mail from the study)

within 2 days, you will get a e-mail from a rep saying it will be mailed by purolator and you will get it in 1-2 days

I have received my 2 (1 for me and my hubby) both the next day after the rep told us it was coming

Thanks for the find, I've seen this before but I didn't know you could email them

I sent for it form my mom, she says she'll do it if it comes (fingers crossed)

you can choose between the inhaler, gum or patch

which ever one you choose comes in the kit

I will get my son to send for this..i know this is weird but I just cant say I smoke to get the kit. I quit 6 years ago.

Not sure why, but I am not eligable for this. Answered all the questions honestly- not on any medication, not sycho, willing to quit and fully stressed at work. LOL. I guess they want me to continue to kill myself "slowly" LOL Oh well.
