It keeps asking for my state. but i live in canada

I know that I'm late on this (I just joined), but when you can only list a State, list the one that most closely resembles your province (I use Alabama for Alberta) and place Alberta, Canada alongside the city name.

Yep...I use Ohio for Ontario and on the city place Ontario...

The box for State has a star beside it but it allowed me to submit my form blank. Everyone should know the free information booklets apply to digestive diseases and kidney disease as well!
