i put my info in and requested one BUT it says free shipping and handling on it but when i read the shipping policy it says it might charge shipping cause the snuggle company doesn;t deal with the shipping company and so on.....so hopefully it is a free product. Keep us posted whom even does get one

They say somewhere that they send you a total of 3 calls. If none are answered, then send an email telling you to call them. And that the survey is optional.
