I wont lie, im FAT. Dont like it much, yet not doing much about it either. I hope this is a good news letter. And from all the tea I already drink (with lots of milk and sugar) not sure the samples are going to help. I hope its encouraging and on the line of, "its easy...small changes every day make huge differences."
