I got this big package of stuff from Dairy Farmers, I think. Most of it is about your bones and calcium. I got a measuring tape, a healthy weight magazine, a serving size spinner for every age group and gender, a smoothie recipe booklet, and a menu planner with dry erase marker you can write on.

Holy cow, what a package to behold. I better lose some weight. xD
