This went through for me and people on other websites are having the same problem as you so here is the fix.

About the code:
The code has to be all lowercase letters. no spaces, the same letters as shown

If you have signed up for any Nestle carnation offers in the past this will not work for you. it will state only one per household. easy way to get around this is to change your address. for exmple

Address 1 - 123 smith st
Address 2 -

City - Victoria
Province - Bc
postal - V8P 2h7

Can easily be changed to

Add 1 - 123 Smith st
Add 2 -Smith rd
City - Victoria
Prov -Bc
v8p2h7

Or

add 1- 123 smith street
add 2 -house (or apartment)
victoria
ect ect

I tried this before but it just doesn't accept the codes I entered for the characters contained in the image part.

I am contacting their web master now about this technical issue.
