I have recieved the card and two that attach to a keychain but I think the savings come from using the card because I do not remember recieving any coupons

the same here, got the swipe cards and nothing else. I am not sure what this welcome kit is, as i never got one either. Maybe it is the benefit of using the card when shopping, as sale items show up as scanned specials on your receipt.

I got this in the mail today. It was a Swipe Card and two keychain tags. That was it... well, a letter too. I dont understand how this is a welcome kit since you can get the swipe card and two key tags free when you go into the store and ask for them...lol.

Funny but I just got an email this morning from Pet Smart with their newsletter and for saving up to 20% on various items. I too only received their card and key tags with a letter stating I would get their welcome kit and $100 in coupons and have yet to seen that. The email today annoyed me that I sent them off an email stating basically what's up with the welcome kit and why do they promote that if they don't send it out. Supposedly I'll hear back back within 24 hours. Will let you guys know what their response is.....if there is one.

PetPerks is a customer reward program, which allows you to receive
instant savings on hundreds of products. PetPerks savings can be found
in all departments throughout our stores.

You should receive your Welcome Kit within 6-8 weeks of the date that
you registered for your PetPerks account. If you have waited longer
than 8 weeks, please let us know and we'll be happy to research your
account.

I also reside in Quebec, And I'm pretty sure there is no petperks here, along with many other stores and such that is only in the rest of the country. Thats it! I'M MOVING! lol. I don't even remember seeing one in Nova Scotia either though. But I'm saving my card just in case I move somewhere that has one

I have had a PetPerks card for a couple of years. I slways go to PS when I am in Barrie or KW. I like the store and the people are so nice. Pets are allowed to go into the store too. My dog just lifted his leg and they came and cleaned it up. Great store! PP is like coupons off their prices.
