This survey is for anyone who purifies genomic DNA, total RNA or proteins directly from cells or tissues.
BIO 101® Systems currently offers the FastPrep® Instrument for extremely rapid lysis of virtually any type of sample. As a front-end solution to sample homogenization problems, use of the FastPrep® Instrument saves time and eliminates the frustrations and inconsistencies involved with traditional sample lysis methods such as grinding and sonication.
The FastPrep® Instrument has been extremely popular, and many of our customers have asked for a model with more features. The current instrument allows homogenization of twelve 2 ml samples at once
