I just noticed that there are alot more new people in the last while and this is helpful for people to read to get a better understanding of how to navigate the site, no connection meant what so ever

I've seen sooo many repeats. I don't know how either...since when you type in the subject it gives you a list of other post with that name in it :S

I am new to the forum & I have posted some repeats. The repeats I have posted, are always a new link or have been offered in the past & are reoffered (as the old offer closed in 2007 & the new offer closes in 2008).

yes, I am personally bad myself with contests. We all make mistakes, thats why its nice to just 'report" it, and we can move it, or merge it, and help clean the board clean as best we can.
