Shoppers Drug Mart chain event

OK, for those who love to get the most for their money in life this old bunny has earned many free things from SDM over the years.
One of the things offered by SDM is a Shoppers Optimum card where you earn minimal points every time you shop.
Now if you pay close attention and only shop on bonus point days and manage to get in on chain events you can earn many extra points.
They are holding another chain event December 1st. I'm already joining a chain elsewhere and won't be signing up until November 25th. They ask that you arrange to invite your family and friends to join under you, and for each person in the chain below you that shops you earn 1000 optimum points. You can only go 20 levels deep and each person must spend $50 on December 1st for you to be credited with the points from them shopping. Likewise they earn points for everyone below them that shops. Then in turn you can send out your invites to family and friends and have a chance to earn even more points. You also will get 20X the points on your purchases over $50 that day be registering for this event.

Now of course I'd love it if folks were to sign up under me, but I think the good folks who run this board might want to think about starting a chain of their own and have the members here sign up under them.

I believe there will also be a bonus redemption day the following week after this event where you will be able to cash in 40 000 points for $100 instead of the usual $75, and 75 000 for $200 instead of $250.
For those of you that use coupons you also gain the 20X points from this day on the value of your coupons so long as they are not free product coupons.

The best way to get in is to wait patiently til someone sends you a link in your email whereby you are then referred to shop under them and then can invite folks to sho under you.
