Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients
We are currently enrolling current cigarette smokers who would like to quit smoking to participate in a community pharmacy-based treatment study using nicotine replacement therapy (i.e., nicotine gum, patch or inhaler). If you think you may be interested in this quit-smoking program, please take a moment to read more about the study and see whether you are eligible to participate.

How do I sign up?

1. Check the participating pharmacies list to make sure there's a pharmacy in your area. If there are no participating pharmacies currently in your area, please check back regularly to view an updated list and/or important updates on future enrolment opportunities.
2. Fill out a brief questionnaire to see if you are eligible.
3. If you are eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique voucher number.
4. Please contact a participating pharmacy in your area to book an appointment (prior to March 31, 2008) to receive your free NRT.
5. Present your voucher number to the pharmacist at the time of your first visit.
