I ordered back in June. On October 1 I got an email sayint they had an inventory error and I would get a tshirt in 6 to 8 weeks. Well it has been 2 months since that email and no tshirt. Has anyone else got the tshirt since October 1?
i’ve being speaking to a representive from the kellogg company, she has promised me the tshirts will be sent…..that was in August, and then again in september ..and again in october and again this month..and yet no tshirts…..i aill speak to her next week for the final time, and let you know what will happen
My son is allowed to pick his cereal when we run out, I alternate between him and his brother for this. This shopping trip was his turn. He loves the blueberry flavor but decided to try a new one because of the Tshirt. I was very disappointed when I see that the shirts promo is expired. Very BAD promotion. I will look for other brands now.
I just got home with kelloggs cereal for the free Tony the tiger tee shirt for a boy for Xmas and to find the deal is over, thank’s for your time

I bought froot loops last week so that i could get the free tee-shirt and then noticed the coupon exspired….why would they still sell the cereal with the coupons if it’s exspired…my boys were very dissapointed!!
I actually managed to enter the 2 PIN’s & order 2 T shirts in the first week of June. .. June 6th & June 11th
I even have the order confirmation ( shipping confirmation ) email for both the T shirts from Kellogs .
Its been almost 15 weeks now , I haven’t received any T shirt so far
So its not only the people who could never enter the PIN but its also the people who actually managed to enter the PIN & actually order the T shirts who are also frustrated .

I think that you should be pulling all outdated contest boxes out of the stores. Kids see them and thinnk they can still get a free whatever. IT is not very consumer friendly if you think about it.

I ordered the white shirt in adult large, and got an extra large, which was too big. I did get a large in the orange shirt, and that fit well. Judging by the comments here, I should count myself lucky that I got 1 out of 2 in the right size.

You should have made as much T-shirts as you did pin #’s. My son was very dissapointed too!
I do agree they should have only printed as many codes as they had t-shirts, however, my kids did get their shirts about 2 weeks after entering my codes.
Also, do people really only buy cereal because of the promotions? Kelloggs is a good brand, obviously the problem is human error!!!
As for only 175,000 t shirts available. They should have only printed 175,000 boxes with codes. Somebody was definitely loopy in their promo department.
to be out of stock they made money off the promotion and then some because some of us are left holding just the empty box with no shirt. Shame on you Kellogg’s and Adidas for cheating children. Before signing off Just one question it this not a form of false advertising you should pull the remaining boxes of store shelves.
Funny enough I bought a box of Fruit Loops, It looks like I’m dealing with a bunch of Fruit Loops. How can major companies like Kellogg’s and Adidas get away with scamming children and not live up to their obligation. Next promotion just put on the front of the box don’t buy kellogg’s buy post or general mills. They should be ashamed.

I will never allow another Kellogg’s product into my house again. It wasn’t even a week ago and the grocery store still had a big display at the front of the store. They shouldn’t sell more boxes than they have in available shirts…that’s just wrong. You can contact kellogg’s and let them know what you think of their policy by using the contact section on their website. Some marketing executive must be laughing all the way to the bank. Kellogg’s sucks.
Just purchased a box of cerel yesterday with the promotion on it….maybe they should be taken off the shelves or have it posted that the t-shirts are no longer available. I could have purchased the smaller box which was on special instead of the larger family size to submit for something that was no longer in supply.
I think if Kelloggs and Adidas are having a free t-shirt promotion they should make sure thay have enough t-shirts to go around and not run out just because of the over welming demands before the closing date of August 10. They cancelled the promotion and my kids were looking forward to getting these t-shirts.
You should know that there will be a lot of people wanting them as they are free and they are really nice looking shirts.

My granddaughter was dissappointed when we where unable to get the free T-shirt. We picked the design she wanted only to find out that you are unable to fill the requests. I was under the understanding that the promo went to Aug.2010 it is only the first part of July. You should have at least as many t-shirts as you have cereal boxes .

I think its very stupid to promo t-shirt and don’t have any available. How many kids out there will want one so badly. Children will think you guys are such big liers. You should provide enough if the promotion end on aug 10/10.

This is very disappointing to kids when you don’t have supplies. This promotion wasn’t even available in our stores til the end of June. I feel that when you have a time period, you should have shirts to accomodate all who enter. It’s very hard to explain to small children when the cereal is especially bought for the shirt (although I do admit that it is the favourite cereal).

I am thinking before you offer a promotion gig you have enough supplies that match the boxes produced. I have a 6yr old wanting a soccer shirt advertised on the box that expires 8/10/10. With all the advertisements and commercials out there for kelloggs you think they would be better prepared. My son is very disappointed. As far as myself lets hope you have somone there who can read between the lines as to what I am thinking. You promotion group should get your crap together…..
Nothing like promoting something for free, you buy the product only to have the child disappointed because you are out of stock. They should substitute the shirt with something else or order more shirts. Its almost dirty business luring customers to buy product and say ooppps didn’t think that many people would want a free shirt. Sorry out of stock. Your still selling the product on the shelf and advertising for free shirts! Shame on you when kids are your biggest customers:(
