Coupons for Glade Candles: Buy 2 Get 1 Free at Right at Home and there was one in smart source newspaper inserts just a month or so ago, but be on the look out for new one’s at Smart source, cause I have seen them there back in September as well. I just used up my B1G1 Free one’s that were in the Smart Source last month!
So don’t follow my silly mistake:) I had 3 coupons that were expiring for Buy 1 Get 1 Free in my pocket. I was at Shopper’s Drug mart, and noticed they had Clean Linen Glade Candles on sale for $5.99. Well I can see the original price is $7.99 So I think it’s an ok deal. As I stated these coupons are expiring. I have no clue what a “Great” price is on these candles, as I haven’t been watching for them, as I don’t use that many candles, I usually burn scented soy wax pellets( that are NOT cheap) and decided I’d try out candles again since I had 3 coupons.
So I thought $3.00 was a good price each( since i had a Buy 1 Get 1 Free)
A bout 5 days later……I was in town shopping….and find…..
Walmart Regular Price is $4.47 ( Ok now I felt like an idiot) they weren’t on sale when I was there, so I picked up 2 apple scented ones So this worked out to $2.24 each.( Better than what I got at Shoppers Drug Mart)
I was at No Frills later that day to score some Folgers that was on sale and to use a coupon. ( Yes I know I could have Price Matched) but that afternoon I had some time to burn while I was waiting for my Kid to get off work, So I browsed the isles, as My No Frills and was on the hunt for some tear pad coupons that day.
I found Glade Candles on for $2.49 Managers Special!!!! Talk about a Kick in the teeth!!! So Guess What? Yes I bought up two more!!! This worked out for $1.25 each!!! Now that is a Score!!!!
So If you have the Buy 2 Get 1 Free:
Wal-Mart Regular will be Roughly $2.98 each by math of ($4.47 x 2 =$8.94) /3= $2.98 each candle.
Based on Wal-Mart’s Regular price I’m sure they can go on sale easily for $3.99 each perhaps even $2.99 if you can wait long enough, Or perhaps you’ll be like me and score on a clearance item.
