Perogy Casserole Recipe that is Frugal Quick for Busy Nights ( Printable)

I made this last night for the first time, and it was a hit with my teenagers.  It is quick to throw together a cost-effective meal.

Great Idea for Busy School Nights when you don’t have much time to prepare a meal.

This recipe is also  a great way to sneak in a vegetable serving for picky kids/adults alike.

  1. Great idea- a lot easier than when we do traditional way. Frying bacon and doing the onions and then putting it all together. This is a lot easier and will get some veggies in too. Thanks for sharing.

  2. This sounds perfect for those rough days where i don’t have the energy to think let alone make anything advance! TY for sharing and will try it out here in the next week and let you know how it goes over!
