Prioritize Location Contests

Contests & Sweepstakes are a Huge Hobby for tons of fellow Canadians. Some Enter everything they can, while others like myself ~ Enter what we can.

Contests that Canadians Can enter: 

Are World Wide Contests, USA/Canada, and Canada Only, Then it can go further down to provinces, then in particular cities.

So of course your Best Bets are the opposites

In and around your particular City ~ check out your local Radio Station websites ~ There may be a contest, and check out any facebook pages for business’s in your area, you’ll be pleasantly surprised on how few these get entered locally.

Provincial Contests.  ~ This is your second best, as less people can enter, there for the odds are better.

Canada Only Contests ~  Your odds are “NOT” great, but not terrible either.  This is personally where I stop entering.  I find this a comfortable amount of entries I can personally handle. About 1 hour a day when I focus on entering my dailies.  So If your like me and don’t have all the time in the world to spend on entering, You may decide this is a good limit.

Canada/USA Contests ~ Obviously you won’t get good odds, but Canadians Do win ! So if you have more time, Then do enter, or you may choose to only do a few of these, Ones with the prizes you really want. Or perhaps you have the time to enter more.

World Wide Contests ~ Obviously this is your worst odds, but again Canadian’s have won previously. But this is your lowest chances of winning.

Entering Not as popular Contests: 

Voting Contests ~ The most hated by contest community cause everyone is looking for a vote.  And it’s such a popularity Contest.  More on this at another time.

Photo Contests ~ If your half decent at taking a picture, you may want to enter all the Photo contests you can. ~ As soon as a Photo is required

Recipe Contests ~ If your a good cook and have tons of your own recipes Consider looking at Recipe Contests

Video Contests ~ Not shy in front of the camera? Then get sumbitting video contests.

Written Essay Contests ~ If you can write with some what decent grammer, and can be creative, These are good contests to put some effort into as well.

Other Contests: Look Off Line

Listen to Your Radio for New contests ~ Lots of People win, and have great odds on winning free tickets to community events in your area.

Local Stores ~ Many stores have a Draw box, you’ll just have to keep your eyes peeled.

Trade Shows  ~ If there’s a trade show of some type going on in your area, there are usually tons of draw box’s to win prizes,

Community Events ~ If your attending a community event ~ Check the door as usually there are door prizes you can enter.
