Proof Price Matching Works!

Being in Ontario and hunting season under way there are a lot of sales on for gun safes. I know I know. Not your normal beginning to a price matching story!

Here is the safe we wanted from store “A”:

Well guess what! Store “A” only had 2 in stock at the start of the sale and they were out!

No problem… hubby and I headed down the street to store “B” with store “A”s flyer in hand.   Store “B” had 9 of the exact same safes on sale for 149$. So we price matched and saved 50$ PLUS received and extra 10% off as their lowest price guarantee! So we paid 89$!!

As an added bonus while in store “B” I spotted a Loaf Pan I have been wanting for a while on Sale for $3.43!!  Perfect for making mini Banana Breads!  At the cash the pan scanned on Sale for $9.98.  I took the picture to Customer Service and due to their Scanning Code of Practice she offered me the pan at the lower price of $3.43.  I asked her “Not FREE since it was under $10?” her quick response was “Well since you did mention that I CAN do that.”  Ha!  The code was right on the cash!

So all in all a great excursion to buy a gun safe and banana loaf pan.
