A little background on the Purdy’s Brand

This company was founded way back in 1907 and as become widely popular for it’s exquisite chocolate products. The head chocolatier at Purdy’s creates between 100-150 new samples of chocolate on a yearly basis but only a select few are chosen for it’s customers. They border on perfection when it comes to chocolate. Some of those newest products include names like Red Velvet Cake Truffle, Pear Caramel, Eggnog Truffle, Brown Butter Maple Caramel and Pumpkin Caramel. Can you say yummy?! If you have ever wondered about the ingredients in these products they use chocolate from Belgium, ginger from Australia, cashews from India, and dairy products that are freshly produced and delivered from farms in Western Canada. Now you know why these products are so sinfully delicious.

  1. Ok. These chocolates are my weakness! Love Love Love them! Don’t get to have them often but I could sure enjoy some now!! Awesome!

  2. Funniest st pattys day story? I would call it funny, but back when I was in college, I went to a pub with my classmates, we were drinking green beer (gross) and shots (oh lord! My mom brain is screaming). I had to go get some cash so while at the ATM this guy was standing behind me waiting for his turn, when I finished, instead of him using the ATM himself he asked if I had a couple minutes to talk. I said sure, we went and found an empty booth (easy since it was only noon). I dropped my portion of the bill on our table as we walked past. Say and talked (more like listened) for over an hour. I can’t recall what he talked about but, it basically was his whole poor me, pity life story. After he was done, he said thank you, and gave me $500 for listening. Then he left. No strings attached. I proceeded to go to my classmates, who were still there, and needless to say we spent the whole $500 that night. I’ll never forget March 17, 2002!
