After a long day at work I love nothing more than relaxing in a hot tub and lighting some scented candles. I always considered this the perfect way to wind down after a stressful day. Now I have found an awesome product that makes the whole experience even grander. Introducing Scandle Candle.

When the generous people at Scandle Candle sent me a travel size body massage candle I was so excited!! The scent I received was Fig & Brown Sugar. I wish this blog had smell-o-vision because it is the most amazing and yummy smelling candle I have ever experienced. The first couple of days I had this candle, I sat it on my desk and just kept opening it and having a whiff. It is like someone just baked the most amazing and sweet cake and left it in my office. The 4oz travel-size Scandle Candle comes in a convenient travel tin. There is a silicone band round the tin for easy handling. The band allows you to handle the candle and not feel the heat of the tin. This band can be easily removed and used as stylish wrist band bracelet. It is imprinted with the words. The first time I burned my Scandle Candle it was delightful. The house smelt delicious. It really is a calming scent and not too strong. Some other candles give me a headache but as I learned from Scandle Candle’s website my headaches might have been caused by the ingredient Paraffin and not by the scent itself. Paraffin is a petroleum product - a byproduct of oil refining. As a result, it contains dangerous toxins and carcinogens such as benzene, acetone, lead & mercury when burned. I really enjoy giving myself manicures and pedicures and the Scandle Candle is a great addition to my routine. Just light the candle and enjoy the scent.
