Helpful Habits; make it a habit to get up and move. Make it a habit to eat right. Give up those bad habits that have been causing you to gain weight and pick up some new ones that get you on the road to a healthy lifestyle and weight.
Get Support; people who tend to have little or no support in their weight-loss journey do not stick with it. When you have someone there who is on the same journey as you, or are supportive of your journey you tend to want to stick with it. Sometimes we give up ourselves but keep going so we won’t let another person down. Also, having someone who is facing a similar journey is nice.
Move More; every little bit of physical activity helps in your weightloss journey. Quit looking for those parking spots that are close to the door. Why not park just a little further away next time. You will be amazed at what those few extra steps will do for you. Take a walk with the kids, get outside and play with them, go for an evening stroll with your significant other, go on a little hike, etc. There are so many little things that you can do each day to ensure that you are moving more.
Eat Smarter; now this step is easier said than done. Do your research and try to get lots of fruits and veggies. This will make you feel full. Drink lots of water, flushing your system of toxins and fat. There are many delicious recipes that can be found on Weight Watchers as well that will help this step be much easier.
