Dairy Goodness

The Dairy Farmers Of Canada is all about Dairy Goodness.

It isn’t easy in today’s busy life to ensure that you and your family are receiving the daily recommended intake of calcium products. Ensure that you do get all the nutrients you need each day by grabbing a few simple dairy products throughout your day.

See Canada’s Food Guide to see the amounts of vitamins and minerals and servings you should be getting each day. It’s simple to pay attention to your daily meals and how much each product you consume. Eventually, it just becomes second nature.

According to your age group, this food guide recommends that we be consuming anywhere from 2-4 servings of milk each day(or alternatives).

If you pay special attention to your daily meal planning, you can make healthy meals that are quick and delicious. There is no need to spend hours preparing and cooking them.

Pre-packaged foods are a great time-saver, and they can still be healthy. For instance, BBQ Rotisserie Chicken paired with sweet potatoes(you can even purchase the microwaveable kind).

Heat leftover rice and pair it with frozen veggies and cooked shrimp.

There are tons of other healthy options that are quick and easy for your family. Check them out at the Dairy Farmers Of Canada website.
