A Cafe Mocha (my VICE and favourite) is 180 Calories and 8 grams of fat for a 10 oz cup.
A 10 oz ICECAP has 250 calories with 11 grams of Fat. OUCH!!!!
For Lunch, Just stick with the soups. Your lowest calorie soup is a Healthy Vegetable with only 70 calories. Most NON-cream soups are around 120 calories for 10 oz.
