Social Distancing can be very hard and worse for others! We all need to check our mental health once in a while! Especially right now when the world as we knew has completely changed in the last few weeks. And the Future is so unknown.

It’s okay to Fall apart! It’s okay to Cry, Yell, Scream. it is all okay! We are less than perfect.

So here are some Free Online that can help you can attempt to receive, and a few odds and bits I personally think are good to listen to.

Mind Beacon:

MindBeacon, is a provider of a digital mental and behavioural health therapy service BEACON

Starting on Monday, April 6, participants will access guidance in the form of online mental health reading, videos and activities to establish mental health during this crisis.

Stronger Minds by BEACON is a free program that will be available for all Canadians.



Silver Cloud/ Shoppers Drug Mart:

In partnership with SilverCloud Health, the company has opened a virtual stress management program, accessible anywhere from their phones, tablets or computer. The company will cover all associated costs.

The program is treated with stress with modern approaches. This program for stress management is adaptive and personalizes therapeutic delivery to the individual. It works to help identify and enhance existing strengths and skills, and build new ones.

The stress program will be available nationwide by and will be free to Canadians until June 15, 2020



“Unlocking Us” Free Podcast From Brene Brown

Brene Brown is one of my favourite Self Help book Authors, and I love her style and I think I’ve learned a lot about her. Right now she is doing some special PodCasts to help people cope with Social Distancing.
