A new twist to Liver. It’s a Hawaiian Twist with pineapples

Ingredients
Scale
1/2 Pound of Liver
Soya Sauce 3/4 cup
1/3 Cup brown sugar
1 can of pineapple titbits ( keep juice aside)
1tbsp Pepper
1tbsp salt
Vegetables – for color: green/red/yellow peppers, carrots,
1 –2TBSp Cornstarch
Instructions
Cut up liver to be thin pieces ( The smaller the better)
Marinate by adding the Soya Sauce, and the pineapple juice, salt and pepper for a minimum of 30 minutes. If you have lots of time: leave it over night.
Take the liver out of the marinade ( but keep the marinade aside)
Brown Liver in sauce pan
Cook Vegetables and Pineapple titbits in marinade in a separate sauce pan.
Add Cooked liver
In separate small bowl or cup, take cornstarch and a few tbsp of water till evaporated.
Add Cornstarch mixture to Liver/veggie/marinade mixture.
Simmer for another 20 minutes, Stirring constantly
