Before going to Hawaiian Liver Recipe, I wish to share my experience. I originally made this back in High School for Home Ec. Class. Obviously years later, I can’t recall the recipe. Thank God for Google. I’ve made it a few times since High School, but I always just did it up “like a sweet-sour recipe”.
With vinegar brown sugar soya sauce, but today I decided to try and find an actual recipe for it.
I have a family of hunters, and the men wanted it done Hawaiian style.
Hawaiian Liver Recipe
The Secret to Liver tasting good – is to cut it very thin. The thinner the better.
I cut up the huge liver into very thin pieces.
