    About Roxy

    Roxy is a global brand that offers products for girls. They produce daring, confident, naturally beautiful, fun, and alive Handbags, Henley, Wetsuit, Tide watches, and more inimitable spirits.

    Roxy was born in a swimwear line; it debuted in the late summer of 1990. A Roxy sportswear line was launched in the next year and flourished, with sales of over $ 1 million.

    Roxy Lifestyle Brand Roxy Contest

    In 1992, the Roxy brand grew with a new line of denim and snow wear. The fact was that Roxy is a women’s line offered- which makes it intriguing to both retailers and girls. It was the first approach on the clothing market, and soon after, other surf brands followed.

    In 1993, Roxy was in serious scrolling. It was the perfect example of what the Roxy had planned initially to be Fun, bold, athletic, daring and chic, in the words of Quiksilver’s 1990 annual report. The boardshort has become a big trend. Roxy and the women who surfed with him were suddenly the next big thing.

    1994 marks another milestone for Roxy: Lisa Andersen, then reigning ASP world champion, becomes the first member of Team Roxy. Lisa went on to win three more world titles and, with them, mass crossover fame.

    She is considered by many to be the most influential surfer in women’s surfing history, and her contribution to the Roxy brand and team continues to play a vital role in Roxy’s success. Under her leadership, the Boardrider’s Team has become the most respected and established professional squad in women’s surfing.

    Current team members include Megan Abubo, Chelsea Georgeson, Veronica Kay, Kassia Meador, Kula Barbie, surf phenomenon Carissa Moore and reigning world champion Sofia Mulanovich.

    A Roxy-branded professional event was a natural progression of team sponsorship, so the first annual Quiksilver / Roxy Women’s Pro Surfing event was born. It took place in the winter of 1995 at Sunset Beach on the north coast of Oahu.

    Ten years later, the Roxy Pro remains one of the year’s most prestigious and exciting ASP World Championship surf events.

    In 2003 Roxy launched with a full line of snowboards, so the new millennium brought an exciting and eclectic evolution of Roxy, produced in collaboration with industrial innovator Mervin Manufacturing; Luna Bay:

    1. a series of Roxy Girl, seven young adult fiction novels also published in 2003;
    2. a new line for children in store in spring 2005; a line of perfumes that will soon debut;
    3. And the imminent arrival of Roxy Ski, a line of skis and boots produced in collaboration with the Dynastar brand from Rossignol.

    As Roxy’s snowboard product line grew, so did its sponsorship efforts. The Roxy Chicken Jams, a series of professional snowboarding events for all girls, was established in 2004 in Innsbruck, Austria, and Park City, Utah. Roxy’s pro snow team is also growing, with recent additions to world-class Torah Bright, Alexis Waite and Amber Stackhouse.
