Eating what is in season can help with your food bill. Local grocery store, but you can also shop at your local farmer’s markets, or go directly to the farms to pick off the vines.

It’s a great time to get fresh fruit & veggies that generally have fewer chemicals. Your more opt to find Organic as well for reasonable prices.

There is a definite trend between flyers and what’s in season
