So Delicious Brand of Dairy-Free Frozen Desserts has been expanding its line lately, and I was excited to see two new flavours in my local Canadian grocery store: Sobeys. They were having a sale on the Vanilla Bean and the Cake Batter. Yay! I love both of these flavours.
What is unique about So Delicious is that they use coconut milk to make their frozen desserts instead of soy. I tried the Cake Batter and was immediately enamoured with it. It’s like an ice cream cake in a cup but without all the guilt (or gluten). Not only did it taste like the real thing, but it had little bits of cake in every bite. The vanilla bean ice cream also had real vanilla beans in it, and I have to say, it tastes incredible!
