Tre Stelle asked Canadians to submit their favourite cheese recipes and had almost r 3,000 recipe submissions from across Canada; they chose 60 to turn into their Cookbook. From appetizers to side dishes, main courses and desserts, the recipes are all made with easy-to-source ingredients and are as diverse as the contributors.
This is Tre Stelle’s way of virtually sharing their cheese with all of Canada.
