Twinning Tea Types:
Sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the types of tea there are:
- Black tea: the most common – and is known for the most robust flavours. Black Teas undergo the most extended oxidation process.

- White tea: Comes from young leaves and unopened buds. These leaves are picked early and hardly processed. White tea contains the highest levels of antioxidants and has very little caffeine.
- Red tea: or Rooibos, are herbal infusion. Red tea is naturally caffeine-free and high in antioxidants.
- Herbal tea: are naturally caffeine-free and low in calories.
