The Atkins Diet

The Atkins Diet is a low-carb diet created by Robert Atkins, a physician and cardiologist from the United States of America. The Atkins Diet significantly reduces your carbohydrate consumption and eats mainly protein and fat as your primary sources of calorie intake.

It’s not a natural diet to work – You need to give up all flour and sugar.
