TAKE THE KFC Survey for Canada 2025
Tell KFC Canada what you think about your last experience with KFC Listens (The KFC Canada Customer Survey ), and remember to ask for a receipt because you will need the transaction Number. The survey is not easily found on their website as it has a different URL found at kfclistens.ca, which is where you need to help KFC improve their service. But it’s also nice to let KFC know when someone did an excellent job, and that’s also important to KFC Canada.
You can help make a difference at KFC by taking a questionnaire about cleanliness, how your food tastes, the service, and the washrooms, and you also get a chance to write up how your experience could have been improved. Take the KFC Canada Survey

Take the Chance and let KFC listen to your experience. If you visit KFC often, you should usually do a review. Don’t just use the customer survey to fill out when you have a Bad Experience; tell KFC about your good experiences; after all, Franchises love to hear when a store is doing well.
Help improve their menu by telling them about the food—do you love the new limited-time burger? Let them know!
How to Take the KFC Survey Canada
Make Sure you are on the Canadian Survey – Make sure you see the Canadian Flag
To take the survey, you will need to enter online, and as you can see in the image above, they help you by showing you where on the receipt to find the information they are looking for, such as the KFC location via a Store Number and the time and date of your transaction and follow all KFC Canada survey rules
Hit the Continue Red Button towards the bottom of the first page
and begin the KFC Canada guest experience survey – some will be multiple-choice, short answer and Rating slides.
When done, you will have to give KFC your email address so they can send you a Validation Code and instructions on how to use it to get a free small popcorn chicken

- One survey per purchase receipt
- Give your honest opinion
- Limit 1 Free item coupon per purchase receipt per visit
