Contest Prizes:

There are a total of 5 grand prizes of 1,000,000 pts each for every quarter, for a total of 20 grand prizes of 1,000,000 pts for the year. (March 30, 2025 – March 28, 2026)

How to Enter

You need to visit the website tellrexall.ca and complete the survey found on the receipt.

Complete the survey questions.

You must be a BE WELL member to enter. If you are not already a BE WELL^TM Member, you can enroll in the BE WELL^TM Program by visiting letsbewell.ca or by downloading the app and completing the registration process.

Upon completion, you’ll receive 100 Be Well pts plus will be entered for a chance to win 1 of 5 quarterly grand prizes of 1,000,000 Be Well points.

Please note it will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the day you complete the survey for the 100 Be Well points to be awarded to your account.
