I make eggs for my family every morning. We go through 3 dozen eggs a week for a family of four. My go to source for protein everyday.

My favorite Canadaian egg dish is quiche.I make two at a time and freeze one for later.I add a can of mushroom soup to 4 beaten eggs, a half a can of milk, a can of sliced mushrooms, and then I add multiple kinds of veggies, and always change them up because I love different vegetables in them.Some of them are asparagus or broccoli,red or green peppers chopped,onions,or chives, etc. and then I top them with lots of cheese,mozarella,chaeddar swiss, sliced tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of nutmeg.They are so delicious.!
