In-store Aritzia exchange returns allow customers to return a product to an Aritzia store for an exchange or refund online returns are only available for online purchases and can be done by mail or in-store. Customers should note that any online item can only be exchanged for a different size or colour, not a refund.

In-Store Purchases

To return an in-store purchase, customers must have the original receipt, all original tags, and packaging. Aritzia may decline the return or issue a partial refund if any of these items are missing. It is important to remember that Last Call section items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are only eligible for store credit, not a refund.

Online Purchases

To return an online purchase, you must provide the purchase number and ensure that the item is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. You’ll have to cover the shipping costs for the return.

To ensure Aritzia accepts your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to do so might result in rejecting your recovery or a partial refund. Remember to bring the original receipt, tags, and packaging if you purchased the item in-store. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. So, for example, a customer who purchased an item with a credit card will receive a refund on the same credit card. All refunds are generally processed within two to three business days.

Aritzia does not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items.

Please ensure that items are not washed, worn, or damaged before returning. Additionally, gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If a customer presents a gift receipt when attempting to return an item, Aritzia will issue a credit for the purchase amount in the method of payment received.

Damaged and Defective Items

Aritzia will accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. Customers should bring the item into an Aritzia store with their original receipt and all original tags and packaging intact.

 

Original Form of Payment

Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as the original method received. So, for example, a customer who purchased an item with a credit card will receive a refund on the same credit card. All refunds are generally processed within two to three business days. Customers should note that any return shipping fees for online purchases, including Applicable Taxes, are at their own expense.

 

Return Labels and Online Return Policy

Aritzia accepts returns for full-price and sale items purchased online and in-store within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Sale items may only be returned for a refund to the original form of payment. Online purchases can be produced by mail using the prepaid return label or in-store at Aritzia.
