Cake Batter Dip Recipe |

If you are in the mood for something sweet, this is totally the recipe you should make! This dip is A-Mazing! So good!! It’s got just the right level of sweetness; it’s not one of those ‘that’s too sweet’ desserts. And I made mine with light yogurt & light cool whip, so I’m going to go ahead and consider it a ‘light & healthy’ dessert too! 😉 Actually, in the spectrum of dessert options, it’s probably not all that bad for you. This would be a great after school snack for the kids too. It’s so easy to put together; make it up in about 5 minutes at some point during the day & let it sit in the fridge until they get home. Serve it with your favourite cookie dippers – graham cracker sticks, animal crackers, or cookies!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (9 ounces) confetti cake mix*
  • 1 tube (8 ounces) cool whip
  • 2 containers (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • extra sprinkles {optional}
  • dippers- graham crackers, animal crackers, cookies, etc.

Instructions

  1. Blend the cake mix, yogurt, cool whip & vanilla with a mixer. Transfer the mixture to a bowl with a lid; cover & refrigerate for about 2 hours or so. Before serving, add the additional sprinkles if you are using to the top of the dip. Serve with your favorite dippers.
  2. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Notes

*I got this size box of cake mix at the dollar store – it’s a half box that only makes 12 cupcakes.
If you can’t find a smaller box, or if you want to make more dip, simple add in one additional container of yogurt & about an additional 1/2 tub of cool whip.
