Do you love using cheese in a fondue pot? Well, we found some savings for you! You can save by using Emmi coupons for Raclette Cheese!
The cheese is heated under immense pressure, which forces the melted parts to stick together while leaving the unmelted parts of the Raclette intact on top. Once it cools down, you can cleanly remove the cheese’s melted piece and eat it on bread or vegetables! Once cooled, the leftover part on top tastes great on its own.

WHAT IS RACLETTE?
You have seen the Instagram posts of melted cheese spread on bread. You might have wondered, “What is this awesome food?” The answer is Raclette, a type of Swiss cheese.
The word “raclette” comes from the French term “racleter,” meaning scrape. Raclette is a hard or semi-hard cow’s milk cheese with a firm, smooth texture and Gouda flavour nuances. The Raclette cheese has nutty undertones that are delicious with bread.

About Emmi Company & History
Emmi International was founded in the Canton of Bern, Switzerland in 1945 by Paul Ruegg. The farm boasts three million dairy cattle and 100,000 female goats, and the company now operates offices in 17 countries worldwide, including Canada.
Emmi values local partnerships that focus on producing high-quality goods, such as the Swiss cow’s-milk classic, Emmi Raclette, sourced from Walliser Bergbauern, “Farmers of the Wallis Canton.”
To sustain product excellence over time, Emmi Canada opened its head office and dairy plant in Kingsville, Ontario in 2011. All milk is sourced from local farmers who collaborate to ensure the highest quality standards.
Emmi Canada collaborates with over 120 dairy farms across Southern Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, using over four million litres of milk daily in the production of a wide range of dairy and plant-based products, including milk, cream, cheese, yogurt, milk powder, soymilk and coconut milk.
