Contest Prizes:

• There will be one hundred (100) prizes available to be won during the Contest Period each consisting of one million (1,000,000) PC Optimum points with an approximate retail value of one thousand ($1,000) CDN

How to Enter:

To enter with purchase, during the Contest Period, scan your PC Optimum™ card using the PC Optimum App at the time of purchase of your eligible item(s) PC Optimum plastic key tags or plastic card scans are not eligible for entry.  Provided that your PC Optimum App is scanned at the time of purchase, one (1) entry will be provided regardless of whether such purchase earns any PC Optimum points.

To enter without making a purchase, on a plain piece of paper clearly print your full name, full address including postal code, daytime phone number, date of birth, your PC Optimum account number (which you can find by clicking on “Card” on the PC OptimumApp)and include an original, hand written essay between 100 and 250 words telling us “why you love Shoppers Drug Mart or Pharmaprix” and mail it in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Shoppers/Pharmaprix Scan Your App Contest, c/o Shoppers Drug Mart, 243 Consumers Rd, Toronto, Ontario M2J 4W8.
