I am problems getting to the site to enter my receipt with 2 purchases of Kellogg’s cereal, where can I mail my receipt?
Would be helpful if after you updated the photo of the receipt there was a box that said done or a replay that indicated that you got the photop.
Update: I received an email on May 29 from Kellogg’s apologizing for the problems. They indicated they would be mailing a gas card, so it looks like they’re on top of this, even if it took two tries to contact them.
I’m beginning to think this promotion is a scam put on by Kellogg’s.
First, they released the boxes more than a month before their website was ready for applications. At the time, this was understandable since many supply chains were hit with the COVID-19 shutdown. Promotional cereal boxes would be stocked well in advance and could be used if regular boxes ran low.
When the date came to register, I did and the next day I received a message that my purchases did not qualify with no further explanation. I contacted them describing what happened and even attached the receipt image. Their response simply provided me with the steps I already performed.
One cannot simply upload the same image again as the website will give an error saying it was already uploaded. So I edited the image to crop it slightly and it accepted it. I did notice that the preview significantly cropped the image but don’t know if the preview image is all they get to see – it did cut off the necessary details.
Again, it was rejected. I have let them know I want my gas card. My alternative would be to take the second box back to the store for a refund. Hopefully, the store would RTV it back to Kellogg’s with the reason their promotion is crap.

We have tried entering our receipt to apply for the Gas Gift card from 2 boxes of Mini Wheats we purchased yesterday but it keeps coming up with an error. Do you know why?

What if I did not get a receipt or lost my receipt…will Kelloggs accept photo of cereal boxes to confirm they were purchased? Unfortunately I left my receipt in the buggy and nvr realised until I got home and was unpacking my groceries : (
