I’m calling this recipe my Homemade Sweet & Salty Popcorn. It is actually, taste-wise, very similar to Kettle Corn popcorn. I would call it Homemade Kettle Corn, but the only difference with this popcorn is that the topping doesn’t really set & harden. It stays more like buttered popcorn in that sense, so I didn’t want to mislead anyone! But if you are a fan of kettle corn, you definitely need to try this out! It’s got a perfect sweet & salty flavour – almost similar to salted caramel. It was absolutely delicious & has become one of my favourite snacks!
