How to Get A Free Starbucks Birthday Drink
To get the Starbucks FREE Birthday Drink for your birthday reward, you will need to make sure you are a Starbucks Rewards Member (It’s FREE to sign up), but there is a small catch: you must be a Starbucks Member at least seven days before your actual birthday.
The Free Birthday reward will be automatically added to your account on the day of your birthday for all Starbucks members.

- Green members: Redeemable on the member’s birthday only, at participating stores. Green status -Less than 500 Stars earned each year
- Gold members: Redeemable for 7 days starting on the member’s birthday, at participating stores. Gold status – 500+ Stars earned each year
- Reserve members: Redeemable for 30 days starting on the member’s birthday, at participating stores. Reserve status -2,500+ Stars earned each year
Free birthday drink must be standard menu size.
Excludes alcohol and multi-serve items.
To qualify, you must have made at least one Star-earning transaction prior to your birthday each year.
