   http://www.java.com/en/download/testjava.jsp ( Test your java) Just to be sure.
   There’s been a recent update ( seems a lot of updates recently)
   Once you have the latest java and no other installs. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER! ( because it won’t detect it…..It’s so important to re start your computer after downloading new java.

   Then make sure you download Smart Source Coupon Plugin.

   Try printing again.

   I have left messages for Smartsource.ca and for some reason they won’t answer me!!!! I have Java installed on my computer and use it everyday for other transactions. For whatever reason, whenever I have ever tried to print off Smartsource coupons it always tells me I don’t have Java installed. Not only do I have Java installed but it is the latest version! Can we please get some answers from you Smartsource?

   It won’t let me print off my coupons and I am on a brand new laptop and I have the latest java. How can I get my coupons please?

   Hi,
   I am trying to print the coupons, but it keeps telling me Java is not detected, I am using Mac OS X 10.8.3 with the Newest Java 7. please tell me why it will not print, thank you.
