These are so easy and delicious! Yesterday I picked up a seedless watermelon at our local grocery store for only $1.99. Luckily they are in season where I live, so the price point was fabulous. You can use any melon you prefer. Experiment! I think we will throw strawberries into the next batch.

- Frozen or Fresh Blueberries
- Slice watermelon in half
- Scoop out one half into blender
- Place 1-2 blueberries (or desired berries) into popsicle trays
- Pour watermelon into popsicle trays
- Freeze overnight
