These are so easy and delicious!  Yesterday I picked up a seedless watermelon at our local grocery store for only $1.99. Luckily they are in season where I live, so the price point was fabulous. You can use any melon you prefer.  Experiment! I think we will throw strawberries into the next batch. ;)

My children love to make new recipes with me.  If you are looking for a healthy, inexpensive treat for your children – try these watermelon pops!  My son says they are sweeter than regular popsicles.  I can serve these totally guilt-free!

Watermelon Popsicles - A Healthy Treat!
 
You'll need a blender, scooper, and popsicle trays.
Ingredients
  • Watermelon
  • Frozen or Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
  1. Slice watermelon in half
  2. Scoop out one half into blender
  3. Puree
  4. Place 1-2 blueberries (or desired berries) into popsicle trays
  5. Pour watermelon into popsicle trays
  6. Freeze overnight
